Rowan helped me win gold in my first competition!

I’d highly recommend rowan as a coach , mentor and friend.
I decided to ask him for personal classes 2 weeks before my competition , very little time for any improvement so I thought. I was A totally different fighter by week two , with his patience, enthusiasm and great way of communicating I was sharper, faster and technically better therefore was able to win my first competition.
